By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order through LANDR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that:

  • Minor differences in appearance, finish, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing improvements or production variations.

Such differences do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase a product.

Your order is accepted once LANDR confirms the order and begins processing it.

LANDR reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • Payment cannot be verified.

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors have occurred.

  • The product is unavailable.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on landr.no include Norwegian VAT where applicable for purchases made in Norway.

For orders shipped outside Norway, local taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may apply according to the destination country's laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

7. Payments

Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

LANDR does not store complete payment card details.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorized.

8. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 13–21 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in Norway and the European Economic Area (EEA) generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawalfor eligible online purchases.

The right of withdrawal is governed by our Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy.

Customers may inspect and try products to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and function, as they would in a physical store.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Defective Products, Complaints and Consumer Rights

If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or does not correspond to your order, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

The statutory complaint period is generally 2 years from the date you received the product.

For products that are intended to last substantially longer than 2 years, the complaint period is 5 years. Depending on the product and its intended lifespan, this may include products such as jackets, trousers, gloves, and glasses.

You should notify LANDR within a reasonable time after discovering or becoming aware of a defect. A complaint made within 2 months after you discovered the defect will always be considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, cancellation of the purchase, or a refund.

The right to make a complaint does not normally cover damage or defects caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To make a complaint, please contact LANDR at hello@landr.no and include your order number, a description of the issue, and, where relevant, photographs documenting the defect.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, videos, product names, text, website design, and other materials, is owned by LANDR or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use any content without prior written permission from LANDR.

We will fulfill our obligations as soon as reasonably possible after such circumstances end.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law and before the competent Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
